Thailandsk kylling med cashewnøtter

Håper vil få en finfin dag. Idag er det middag på menyen. Rettere sagt Thailandsk kylling med cashewnøtter, for cirka fire personer. 


Ingredienser:
600g renskåret kyllingkjøtt
4ss solsikkeolje
400g assorterte grønnsaker som sopp, paprika, aspargesbønner, vårløk og løk.
3 fedd hvitløk
2 små, sinte chili
2dl kyllingkraft
1,5dl oystersauce
2ss fishsauce
2ts limesaft
2ss sukker
1ts maisenna
1 dl grovhakket koriander
2ss sprøstekt hvitløk




Skjær kyllingen i terninger på 3x3cm, cirka. Rens grønnsakene og del dem i passende terninger. Varm en wok med solsikkeolje til den er rykende. Stek kjøttet i to omganger i to minutter. Dette er bra  fordi du da vil få en fin brun farge på kjøttet.
La oljen være igjen i pannen, og stek grønnsakene sammen med hvitløk og chili i tre minutter før du tar grønnsakene ut av pannen.


Lag så sausen, hell på kyllingkraft, oystersauce, fishsauce, limesaft og sukker. Ingredienser som dette finner du kanskje ikke i en vanlig matvarebutikk, men du finner for eksempel de små, sterke chiliene, fishsauce, sprøstekt hvitløk og andre slike ingredienser i innvandrerbutikker. Kok opp sausen og la koke i 1 minutt. Jevn sausen med maizena utrørt i litt vann. Tilsett så kylling, grønnsaker og nøtter, og kok opp. Kok gjerne ris ved siden av. 



Så er det bare å anrette på et fat, og drysse over cashewnøtter, koriander og sprøstekt hvitløk.

I morgen vil dere få oppskrift på en flott, myk mousse kake som er kjempefin som avrundig på et måltid som dette. Så "take care" enn så lenge:)
